Nvidia GeForce GT series:

Geforce is a series of GPU (Graphics processing unit), made by Nvidia, there are many subcategories comes under the Geforce series like,

• Geforce GT
• Geforce GTX
• Geforce RTX

In which the GT series is considered to be low-end GPUs, usually they are on the cheaper side. Then comes the GTX series which is a bit higher side and also much costlier as compared to the GT series.

After the GTX series then comes the RTX series which is considered to be the top tier GPUs provided by Nvidia. As you can see from multiple comparisons The RTX architecture is much more advance and robust as compared to others.

There’s one another series of GPU that Nvidia provides and that are “NVIDIA TITAN” which are considered to be the best performing GPUs in Nvidia’s arsenal.

The new Nvidia Geforce GT 1010 comes with similar specification to that Nvidia Geforce GT 1030, as per the news specified the Nvidia Geforce GT 1010 is an OEM-Only board that is specifically designed to work where the usage of GPU is least, like low-end gaming, video rendering, and other usages, where the use of GPU is least and Nvidia made it budget-friendly as possible.

Nvidia Geforce GT 1010 comes with CUDA core count of 256, this GPU is based on Nvidia’s old Pascal Architecture of NVIDIA GP108 GPU.

Nvidia Geforce GT 1010 has a memory of 2GB of GDDR5 RAM, a Baseclock of 1228 MHz, and a Boostclock of 1468 MHz, and has a Memory Clock at 1253 MH.

Specifically speaking it’s not been clear about the price, but it is predicted in Between $40-$45. Take note the price may vary according to companies and ram size.

In India the price of NVIDIA GeForce GT 1010 is approximately between ₹3000 – ₹3500 maximum. The price will vary from zotac, Asus, MSI, etc.
